|Q|
1. What is your printing process? |A| We use a process called Microfusion.
This process gives amazing depth, detail and color
range. The colors are locked into the fabric’s
fibers and will not fade, peel or crack.

|Q|
2. What kind of fabric do you use? |A| All Vicci products are made
with AirTech ™ moisture-wicking fabrics.
The AirTech ™ wicking process draws moisture
out away from the body while air flows through
freely, keeping your team dry and comfortable. | top |
|Q|
3. Is the ordering process difficult? |A| No, we make it very easy!
Our friendly and capable staff knows exactly what
needs to happen, and after our first conversation,
you won’t feel nearly as confused. We’ll
take you through the steps in a short amount of
time, and we can provide as much help as you need. | top |

make the process nice and easy for you.

7. I’m not an artist, can you help? |A| We have a talented creative
team who will help build the perfect design for
your needs. Share any thoughts you may have on
colors, logo placement, overall design and we’ll
bring your imagination to life. Or give our artists
creative freedom and we’ll create design
concepts especially for you. See more details
in the Art Guidelines for art processes and charges. | top |
|Q|
8. What is vector artwork? |A| Vector art is created in
a vector based software program, like Adobe Illustrator
or Macromedia Freehand. It is based on points
and lines created from mathematic equations, and
can be easily edited or scaled with the click
of a mouse. Vector artwork is typically found
in files that end in .eps or .ai. | top
|
|Q|
9. How do I know if my logos are vector? |A| A few hints- if the file
ends on .jpg, .bmp or .psd, it definitely is not
vector. If it ends in .ai, .eps, or .pdf, there
is a chance it’s vector. If you don’t
know, you can email the file to your Account Director
and we can tell you quickly if it will work. |

|Q|
10. Where can I find vector logos of my sponsors? |A| Ask your decal provider,
your firesuit manufacturer, or perhaps your previous
uniform provider for any logos they may have.
Or call the company itself and explain that you
need vector files. There are also a few websites
that have a database of free vector logos, try
www.BrandsOfTheWorld.com | top
|
|Q|
11. Can you use a jpeg, pictures from a website,
or my business card? |A| Website images are too low
of resolution (72 dpi) so they cannot be used.
Scanned business cards and other jpegs typically
have to be recreated in vector format to get the
best print. Our artists can help with this service
if you need it. If you have a high-resolution
jpeg that you want printed, please send the art
to your Account Director and they can determine
whether or not it can be printed. | top
|
|Q|
12. Do you have templates we can use? |A| Yes, you can find them on
our Downloads page. | top
|
|Q|
13. How do I use your templates? |A| You can open the templates
in Adobe Illustrator to create fully vector art,
or you can print the templates for sketching purposes.
Refer to our Artwork Guidelines for more details
on preparing your art. | top
|
|Q|
14. I have a sketch that I drew on a napkin…
would that help you at all? |A| Yes, actually! Any ideas
you have will help us create the perfect layout
for you. If it’s only a sketch, fax it to
us and it will give us a visual of what you’re
hoping to see. Our artists can make your drawing
come to life. | top
|
|Q|
15. Do you charge for art services? |A| Creative services are billed
separately at $65 per hour. Some clients only
need a small amount of help on their orders, and
some need more. So instead of charging a flat
setup fee, we only charge you for what you need.

|Q|
16. Can I embroider on the Vicci shirts? |A| Yes, if you need to add an
additional logo after the shirts are completed,
you can embroider them. | top
|
|Q|
17. Do I have to dryclean my Vicci shirts? |A| No, we actually recommend
that you don’t dryclean! Over time, the
drycleaning process locks dirt and stains into
the shirts, and they’ll begin to look faded
and worn. Machine washing loosens the dirt and
lifts it out of the fabric, keeping your colors
clean and bright. Using cool water and a low-heat,
tumble dry is the best method of treatment for
your new sublimated shirts. | top
|
|Q|
18. Do you stock extra shirts in our artwork,
in case we need more? |A| We do not stock extra shirts,
though we can always print more, should you need
them. We’ll keep your artwork on file for
easy re-orders. Please see our re-order policy
for more info. | top
|
|Q|
19. Will you keep our design/ sponsor information
to yourself? |A| We understand the delicate
importance of confidentiality. Please be certain
that any information you share with us will stay
safely within the walls of our offices.
| top |
|Q|
20. Do you have a size chart? |A| Yes, you can find it on our
Downloads page. These measurements are based on
typical US apparel sizes, though every person’s
taste may vary. Please consider this as you order
your shirts. | top
|
|Q|
21. What is the lead time for custom apparel? |A| It often depends on the time
of year. Winter months take longer than summer
months due to the number of teams ordering for
the beginning of each season. Sometimes we can
do it in 2 weeks, sometimes it’s 8 weeks.
Before you place your order, we will give you
an accurate ship date you can count on. *Along
with the ship date, we’ll give you an important
art approval date that must be met. If due dates
are not met, your ship date will be jeopardized. | top |
|Q|
22. How do I get a price quote? |A| Contact one of our Account
Directors and they’ll give you a customized
quote right over the phone | top
|
|Q|
23. What are your payment terms? |A| 50% deposit is required to
begin artwork services; the balance is due prior
to the order being shipped. | top
|
|Q|
24. Are there any hidden fees or setup fees? |A| There are no hidden fees
at Vicci; the only charges you will see on your
final bill will be the product itself, artwork
charges, and final shipping costs- all of which
will be made aware to you before placing your
order. | top |
|Q|
25. What are your minimums? |A| We request that you have a minimum order of 10 pieces per style, per design. | top
|
|Q|
26. Do you have volume pricing? |A| Yes. As with most printing
orders, pricing goes down as quantities go up
so the larger the order, the lower each shirt
will cost. | top |
|Q|
27. How do you ship our order? |A| We typically plan for Ground
shipping, unless you specify otherwise. Shipping
costs are always the customer’s responsibility. | top |

UPS, FedEx or DHL account and we’re happy
to use it. | top |
|Q|

in the production phase, it cannot be canceled.
If the artwork process has begun but the order
is not yet in actual production, there is a 10%
cancellation fee plus any art charges already
incurred. | top |
|Q|
30. What is the defect policy? |A| Any garment which we deem
to be defective due to manufacturing will be credited
to your account or replaced at our expense. Defective
garments can only be exchanged for identical items.
| top |
|Q|
31. How can I buy one of the shirts you make for
other teams? |A| We do not sell any of the
